The Corporate Marketing Department oversees all aspects of property and corporate marketing which includes working closely with all on-site staff as well as Asset Management, Leasing, Operations, Finance and Management teams to ensure profitability of the company.

Some of the major daily operations of this department include:

• Intense market research
• Design and launch corporate ad campaigns
• Branding
• Writing and implementing marketing plans
• Overseeing marketing budgets

All properties have onsite marketing departments, which handle day-to-day marketing responsibilities such as planning special events, sponsorships, managing budgets, writing press releases and conducting market research.
